In states where only medical marijuana is legal, the rules for obtaining CBD oil may vary, so it’s best to do some research first. There are even other states such as Alabama and Georgia that generally do not allow cannabis, but will allow CBD oil under specific conditions.

Hopefully, lawmakers can make it easier to understand the legality of CBD oil as time goes by, so that the people who can benefit most from CBD’s positive effects can have easier access to it.
